As a Managing Consultant with Leading Initiatives Worldwide (LIW), an international leadership consultancy working with over 300,000 leaders across 21 countries, Taylor leads, designs and delivers immersive leadership programs, executive coaching, and strategic framework projects for high-profile clients such as Coles, Salesforce, and CSIRO.
In her consulting practice, Taylor provides strategic consulting, coaching, and workshop facilitation aimed at empowering leaders to drive performance while ensuring a positive impact on people and the planet. Her work supports the development of future-driven leadership, effective communication, self-leadership, and high-performing teams.

Taylor is an experienced non-executive board director known for her unique perspective as a young leader who has served on boards since her mid-twenties. She currently sits on the Board of the Medical Indemnity Protection Society, and brings future-driven governance to advisory and council roles spanning the World Economic Forum’s Global Foresight Network, the Network of Institutions for Future Generations, and Victoria’s Municipal Association FutureGen Advisory Panel.
Her governance experience is grounded in formal education, including the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course, her MBA from UNSW, and immersive sustainability leadership learning at the University of Oxford.
