Taylor is a future-driven leadership expert, policy innovator and Co-founder of Foundations for Tomorrow, working at the intersection of governance, leadership development and strategic foresight to build a future worth inheriting.

She established the Australian Parliamentary Group for Future Generations and the Intergenerational Fairness Coalition, and spearheaded the Wellbeing of Future Generations Bill (2025) into Federal Parliament. Taylor also leads Client Intelligence & Delivery at Raksha Intelligence Futures, and was an Advisor to the United Nations Foundation’s Our Future Agenda initiative ahead of the UN Summit of the Future. She serves as the youngest member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Foresight Network Advisory Board, the Executive Leadership Team for the Network of Institutions for Future Generations, and the Global Futures Council on Human Science of Environmental Action.
Represented by Saxton Speakers Bureau, Taylor has spoken at the Dubai Future Forum, the Global Parliamentary Congress and the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos. Her recognitions include Smart Company’s ‘30 Under 30’, YAIIA’s Young Women to Watch in International Affairs, a NSW Young Australian of the Year finalist nod, and selection as one of 12 Kofi Annan Changemakers in 2023.

The Intergenerational Foresight Program is a flagship collaboration between the World Economic Forum’s Global Foresight Network and the Global Shapers Community, applying rigorous futures methods to advance the interests of present and future generations. Taylor helped initiate and co-design the program, contributing its foresight expertise, and has championed it from the Future50 pilot to the Future26 cohort as a member of the Global Foresight Network Advisory Board.
